Job Duties:
- Assist owner + staff in operation efforts.
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them.
• Maintains security of merchandise in the reception area & Basic Inventory management/organization.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing and continually improving sales-related results. You will be taught the sales skills needed in order to sell memberships.
• Facilitates Walk In Visits and Scheduling for all Lesson Rooms (New Student Scheduling).

Front Desk Receptionist
Job Duties:

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering questions and inquiries.

Maintains security of merchandise in the reception area. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs of Ethos Sound Music School operations.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing and continually improving sales-related results.

Facilitates Scheduling for all Lesson Rooms (New Student Scheduling).

Maintain cleanliness and organization. Maintain content creation and social media marketing efforts.

Knowledge of student skill levels and materials required to create a planned curriculum.

Ability to work with minimum supervision and reliably complete tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to generate musician reports on students.
