Reservation Process:
To reserve a time slot in one of our Studio Rooms, Renter may use our online Square booking tool to request practice room times based on current availability. ESMS will reply and accept or deny the request.
Accepted requests are confirmed & charged immediately. Denied Requests are not charged.
To reserve time in the Main Performance Area, ESMS must receive the following information by email (to ethossoundmusicschool@gmail.com) no less than 24 hours in advance:
• A Request to book Main Performance Area.
• If Renter is requesting Group Rehearsal, a list names of all musicians attending.
• Renter should list 3 dates/times that could work in their rental request.
• Renter should request the number of chairs and music stands they will need.
Once request is received, ESMS will do their best to accommodate Renter’s first time slot choice and respond via email. Once a time slot is agreed upon, ESMS will email an online invoice (secure via Square Payments) for Renter to pay and confirm reservation.
